How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open your account page and click Manage billing to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. If you cancel you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Where do I find invoices or receipts?
All invoices and receipts (with PDF downloads) are in the billing portal, reachable from Manage billing on your account page. You can also add tax details there.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are spent on each generation. Subscriptions include credits that refresh every period, and you can buy one-off packs that never expire. Turn on auto-refill so you never run out.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription charges are refundable within 14 days if credits are largely unused, and unused credit packs are refundable. Send us a message below and we will review your account within one business day.
Do I own the images I create?
Yes. On paid plans you receive commercial usage rights for the images you generate. Check the pricing page for the rights included with each plan.
I did not get my confirmation email. What now?
Check your spam folder first. You can resend the confirmation from your account page at any time. If it still does not arrive, contact us below.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. Use Continue with Google on the sign-in or sign-up page. Your Google email is verified automatically.
